37 weeks — Owen is considered a full term baby! This means that if he arrives now, his lungs should be fully mature and ready to adjust to life outside the womb, even though my due date is still three weeks away.
He weighs about 6 1/3 pounds and measures a bit over 19 inches, head to heel. It is pretty cool to lay on the couch and not only feel him move but to watch him move. You can see a foot sticking out every once in awhile - it is pretty amazing!
Darren and I got the car seat inspected thru the CPD - so we are all set now for Owen's arrival - whenever he decides to make his appearance! We can't wait to meet the little guy!

WOW...full-term ALREADY? (smiley face) Your son will be blessed having you two as parents. It'll take him a few years to realize that but when he does, Owen will love you even more.
